The staff at Great Lakes Truck Driving School, Inc. pledges their commitment to provide quality driver training programs that will instill a positive attitude, provide practical and theoretical instruction that will produce safe, well qualified drivers who will be an asset to their company and their community. Our success as a school is measured by the success of our students.
OUR FACILITY
Training takes place at a State of the Art Facility centrally located within 30 minutes of downtown Cleveland, Elyria, Lorain and Medina. Great Lakes Truck Driving School is located just west of Strongsville on Rt. 82, in Columbia Station, Ohio. The training facility consists of a 9,000 square foot building which house spacious classrooms, offices, student break/activity areas. Housing is also available for out of town students that includes transportation to and from the hotel. The 10.5 acre site provides spacious areas for students to practice backing maneuvers as well as having a designated shifting track.
OUR STAFF
Great Lakes Truck Driving School is owned by its founder and President, Doris Young, a former professional Truck Driving School Administrator with 22 years of experience.
Our instructional staff is made up of highly qualified professional drivers, with years of experience in the trucking industry.
