How to Qualify:
Must be 21 years old before training is finished.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate with the public.
Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
Must be able to pass a DOT drug-screening test.
Can't have any DUI's in the past five years.
Can't have more than three moving violations in the past three years.
