MCT Driver School students come to our school to learn how to drive, but they leave with the skills for a whole new career and a future. We support the career paths of our students with programs and services that keep them moving at a profit. Tuition is free: You invest your time – just four weeks – and we’ll pay the tuition, providing you remain a qualified driver with MCT for one year.
What will I learn?
How to operate the equipment.
The Smith System Defensive Driving Course.
The Department of Transportation rules and regulations, including logging your trips.
How to care for the equipment.
MCT company procedures and customer service.
Students will be prepared to take the Commercial Drivers License test in their states.
What happens after the four-week training?
This is when the rubber hits the road and the cash starts to flow. In other words, you start getting paid for your new skills. You will be placed with an experienced driver trainer who will work with you in real world conditions to further build your confidence and skills.
After passing a road test, you will be qualified to drive independently and your pay will increase. You may also have opportunities for additional earnings down the road by training other driving students yourself!
